We also tend to be customers, so we know that a complaint or return of goods may not be a very pleasant thing. However, we do our best to make sure that you have all the comfort you need with us.

All goods to be claimed or exchanged must comply with the Complaints Procedure.

Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

If it happens that you have chosen the wrong goods, whether for yourself or as a gift, you don’t have to hang your head. Unpacked and undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason.

To return the goods, please use our complaint form. Write to us in the note that you want to return the goods. If the goods were paid for in a way other than by credit card, please also include the account number where we should return the money. As soon as we receive unwanted products, we will send you the money (but no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back).

If you are returning any items from your order, please do not open the sealed goods. If any of the hygiene seals are damaged in any way, we cannot accept such goods back to you. Such seals include, but are not limited to, sealing stickers, sealed plastic packaging, goods in protective films.

Sex toys fall under a special category of goods, for which requirements are imposed on the maximum hygienic nature of the goods.

Underwear falls into the same category. Please don’t try on bare skin, and if you’re not sure you’ll want to keep, don’t cut off the attached labels.

Unfortunately, hosiery (including catsuits/bodystockings and fishnet dresses) cannot be returned after trying on. This type of material stretches and does not return to its original state. It is a very delicate material. Thank you very much for your understanding.

The size of the laundry does not fit or the product is too big? Whatever the reason, at Time4Sex you can exchange unsuitable items within the first 14 days of receiving the goods.

For hygienic reasons and by law, underwear, intimate erotic accessories, audiovisual media, books and magazines cannot be returned or exchanged.

The goods must of course be unused, undamaged and complete in their original packaging in order to be able to resell them.

The exchange is free of charge and we will send you the exchanged goods completely free of charge. The only thing that needs to be paid is the difference in price. You can use our online complaint form to exchange goods. Write to us in the note which goods you would like to receive instead of the unsuitable one. After successful completion, send us the package with the goods back. Upon receipt of the shipment immediately (if it is in stock), we will send the goods you have selected.

The goods you want to exchange are subject to the same conditions as if you were trying to return them. The terms and conditions are governed by the Complaints Procedure. Please read the “Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract” section in detail, where the terms and conditions are stated.

The product does not work, I want to complain about it

We strive to reduce risk to a minimum by selecting only reliable products for you. Unfortunately, even with the highest quality pieces, something can go wrong here and there.

You have a 2-year warranty on all goods in our e-shop. So if an item arrives that wouldn’t do what it’s supposed to, or you find a defect after it during this time, let us know. We will try our best to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction.

To create a complaint, use our simple online complaint form. After successfully filling out the form, send us a naughty product. By law, we have 30 days to settle the complaint, but we always try to resolve the complaint as soon as possible, so that you have a product at home that you can fully enjoy.

Delivery of goods to us

Time4Sex strives to make everything easier and more convenient. There are several options to choose from. We recommend using our free shipping service via Zásilkovna. Handing over the shipment is simple, fast and overall the most convenient.

You will fill in all the information about the problem with the goods in the complaint form. Please add your account number to the note for a possible refund. If you want to add a handwritten letter as well, nothing will go wrong. Add a copy of your invoice as part of it (applies only to items purchased at a branch).

If you want to withdraw from the contract, the goods must be in their original packaging with an intact seal. If it is a claimed item, we do not need the original packaging.
