  The personal data of customers and other persons (hereinafter referred to as the “data subject”), whose personal data is processed by BLADX s.r.o., are processed in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. In particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

  • The name, surname, address of residence or registered office, delivery address, company registration number, tax identification number, e-mail address of the data subject and data on the purchase made are processed for the purpose of performing the contract (e.g. customer identification, order confirmation, information on the status of the order, delivery of the order, issuance of a tax document), the legal basis for the processing of these data for the stated purpose is their necessity for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
    After the performance of the contract, the above-mentioned personal data is further processed if it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the company is subject.
  • The telephone number may be processed for the purpose of informing you of the status of the order and the time of delivery of the order; The legal basis for the processing of this data for the stated purpose is the consent given by the data subject.

• VII. Right of access to personal data The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, if so, the right to obtain access to such personal data

• VIII. Right to erasure of personal data The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay, and the controller is obliged to erase the personal data
  without undue delay if one of the grounds set out in the General Data Protection Regulation applies.
• IX. Right to restriction of processing of personal data The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of the processing of his or her personal data
  in the cases provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation.
• X. Right to data portability
  Under the conditions laid down by the General Data Protection Regulation, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller without the controller to whom the personal data have been disclosed.
• XI. Right to object to the processing of personal data The data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of his or her personal data

The consent may be withdrawn via e-mail by notification sent to the e-mail address: info@time4sex.cz or by written notification sent to the address of the Controller’s registered office. Consent to receive information about news and discount and marketing events related to the Controller’s goods and services may also be revoked via the electronic unsubscribe system by clicking on the unsubscribe link directly in the e-mail commercial communication.
• XIII. Right to lodge a complaint The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint
  with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data infringes the General Data Protection Regulation. In the Czech Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
