After the performance of the contract, the above-mentioned personal data is further processed if it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the company is subject. - The telephone number may be processed for the purpose of informing you of the status of the order and the time of delivery of the order; The legal basis for the processing of this data for the stated purpose is the consent given by the data subject.

without undue delay if one of the grounds set out in the General Data Protection Regulation applies. - IX. Right to restriction of processing of personal data The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the restriction of the processing of his or her personal data
in the cases provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation. - X. Right to data portability
Under the conditions laid down by the General Data Protection Regulation, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller without the controller to whom the personal data have been disclosed. - XI. Right to object to the processing of personal data The data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of his or her personal data

Right to lodge a complaint The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint
with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data infringes the General Data Protection Regulation. In the Czech Republic, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
